Parts catalog for the Tao Tao ATA250E atv.  The Tao Tao ATA250E hasn't been offered new for quite some time.  The Tao Tao ATA250E featured a 250cc water cooled, 4-stroke motor, a four speed transmission with reverse and electric start.  It uses a PZ27 carburetor and cdi ignition.  With large 21" front tires and 18" rear tires it gave the atv over 5" of ground clearance.  Top speed is around 40mph.
