United StatesWorked well as described in description on VMC's site. Fast delivery and easy installation. Would recommend VMC for anyone who has a Chinese scooter. I had a problem with a exhaust pipe/muffler lining up with bolt pattern but was quickly solved w/ a cutting wheel ;) No one can beat their priced from what I can see. I'll definitely be ordering all my parts from VMC in the future
