Chinese stator magneto flywheel for 110cc and 125cc engines. May also fit other engines. Please use the measurements and pictures to match your part.
Flywheel description:
- Outside height of brass: 41.3mm (1.65 in)
- Overall OD including tab: 112.2mm (4.4 in)
- Overall OD not including tab: 109mm (4.32 in)
- ID of magnetic area: 86.35mm (3.4 in)
- OD of inside hole: 27.7mm (1.09 in)
- ID of inside hole: 18.6mm (0.73 in)
- Cutout flywheel key notch.
- OD of starter clutch: 79.8mm (3.14 in)
Known to fit most 110cc and 125cc engines.

United StatesRaised trigger section on exterior of pulley too far inward.
The reason I was swapping to this was because original crankshaft pulley had rust/wear on the bearings that help "lock" the crankshaft pulley to the starter gear when the starter is cranking. It bolts on, but the raised trigger mark on the exterior of the pulley was too far inward compared to the OEM and the trigger sensor on the stator assembly wouldn't pick up the cranks rotation and thereby would not send a signal to the ignition coil to fire. It was an expensive purchase just to take 3 springs, 3 detents and 3 rollers and swap it to my original crank pulley.
