Version 58
If you currently have a centrifugal clutch, you can upgrade by a going to a torque converter. Torque converters improve take off power, acceleration and top end speed on atvs, utvs, go-karts and other vehicles. Version 58 fits a 1.0 inch engine crankshaft with a 1/4 inch keyway. The driven pulley would mount on a 3/4 inch secondary shaft such as a jackshaft or differential.
Driven clutch details:
- Overall OD of pulley: 193mm (7.6 in)
- 3/4 inch bore
- 3/16 inch key way

- Replaces Comet 40/44 series torq-a-verter models

- Outside diameter of bell: 144mm (5.68 in)

Known to fit most 8hp-18hp engines with 1.0 inch horizontal shafts with a 1/4 inch keyway. Check pictures and measurements to be sure this is the correct clutch for your application.
