Tubes

I bought two tubes for my scooter.i stretched them and made sure they were warm.aired them up and deflated them.to stretch them more.put them in the rim and 15 minutes later it popped.so I patched it and 3 rims later 3 tires in all the tubes pop after a few minutes.i even put electrical tape around the entire inside of the rim and inspected them for burrs,I found nothing.the tubes split little holes every time their patched,absolute junk.
