This replacement headlight fits several models of Chinese atvs including Tao Tao and Panther. Use the detail pictures and measurements to best match your light.
Headlight details:

- Fits both right and left sides
- 8 LEDs around the outside and a cluster of 6 in the middle
- 3 wires female plug
- Outside diameter: 68mm (2.68 in)
- Light height: 7.2cm (2.83 in)
- Light width including tabs: 17cm (6.69 in)
- Mounting tab width: 11.6cm (4.55 in)
- One mounting tab is about 3/4 inch higher than the other.
- Mounting bracket hole distance: 10cm (3.93 in)
- Fits Tao Tao ATA110D ATA110D1, ATA125D, ATA135D, ATA125HW and some Coolster models.

They were a perfect fit and the actually are pretty bright and worked great
