This is a steering shaft for Tao Tao atvs.  Please check description, measurements and pictures to make sure it's the one you need.

Steering shaft specs:

• Overall length: 48cm (18.75 in)
  
• Shaft diameter: 22.5mm (0.88 in)
  
• Top of shaft has a plate, approximately 3.4 in. x 2.0 in. that has four threaded bolt holes.
• Bottom of shaft has an flat frog face shaped plate with two holes 
• Holes in bottom plate are 34mm (1.33 in) apart center-to-center 
  
• Bottom of shaft is threaded 10mm x 1.50

Fits some Tao Tao atvs.  Known to fit new style ATA110B and Boulder 110cc.
