Chinese Ignition Coil

This Chinese ignition coil is replacement coil for many 4-stroke Chinese ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Go Karts and Scooters. This coil fits many 50cc - 250cc units with vertical engines.
The only difference between this coil and our coil version 6, is that this one has a pigtail attached to the spade connector on the coil.
Ignition coil description:
- Cable length: 38cm [15"] from coil body to where cap turns 90°
- Length of coil: 73mm [2.88"] includes bolt hole bars
- 90 degree plug
- Mounting hole distance: 57mm [2.25"]
- Compatible with 50cc-250cc 4 stroke
- Includes pigtail with torpedo end and small bracket attached to coil

Known to fit Coolster 3150A, 3150B, 3150D, 3150DX and 3150DX-2. Tao Tao ATA125F1 and Rhino 250.

United StatesNice, but one possible flaw.
I'm pleased that this coil is an exact duplicate of the one that came off the Canyon ATV I'm working on. Quality appears to be good. It was priced well also. I did have an issue, however. I put it on the ATV and it did not start. I tested the ohms of resistance on the coil, wire, and spark plug cap. It turns out that the plug cap was defective because my multimeter read "open line" meaning it would not work. It really was not bad though because I just unscrewed it from the wire and put on the old spark plug cap on. Now it checks out with my multimeter. The ATV still doesn't start, but I know it is not the coil's fault.
