This is the steering shaft for the Coleman CK100 and HiSun HS100GK go-karts.

Shaft details:

Overall length: 450mm (17.7 in)
Shaft outside diameter: 20mm (0.79 in)
Shaft inside diameter: 16mm (0.63 in)
Flange with two bolt holes on bottom
Holes are about 28mm (1.11 in) center-to-center apart
Two holes about 15mm (0.6 in) from the top and another two holes 380mm (14.9 in) from the top
