REAR 13 Inch Shock Absorber with Reservoir

This 13.0 inch REAR shock fits many motorcycles.  These shocks have the additional reservoir to help prevent overheating.   Please check measurements closely to determine suitability.

  • Overall Length: 13.5 inches
  • Distance between mounting holes: 12.0 inches
  • Mounting hole straight end: 0.48 inch
  • Mounting hole reservoir end: 0.40 inch
  • Mounting end width: 21mm (0.823 in)
  • Reservoir diameter: 41mm (1.625 in)
  • 7.7mm progressive wound coil spring
  • Coil spring length: 7.5 inches

125cc ATV application

The shock looked really good initially. It was really cheap. But I used it on a Coolster 125cc, with a 42lb rider, and it was really too soft. Even adjusting the preload all the way up, it was still pretty soft, but still not stiff enough for my other 90lb son. The stock shock had almost no flex and this shock had way too much.....what are you going to do?
