Clutch assembly #25 is the secondary clutch for the JS250 Chinese manufactured brands and models such as Bashan, Loncin and Baja 250cc atvs.
Clutch details:
- Rear clutch for 200cc 250cc 300cc engine
- 6 spline shaft
- 4 bolt
- ID: 9.5mm plate assy shaft peak-to-peak
- ID: 12mm plate assy shaft valley-to-valley
- ID: 20mm plate assy 4-bolt plate opening
- 73 tooth gear
- OD: 125mm (4.90 in) gear
- OD: 120mm (4.71 in) plate assy
- 15mm ID of gear neck
- 24mm OD of gear neck
- KEY notched area on the gear neck
- Neck is approximately 18mm long
- Gear assy has 10 plates. 2 of the plates are concave on the outside surface.

Known to fit 200-300cc handlebar clutch lever ATVs & dirt bikes. Check pictures and measurements to be sure this is the correct clutch for your application.
